Today we want to tell you about the Power of Intention, and about a book that talks about it in a rigorous and scientific way. It proves that the Power of Intention works; we only need to become aware of it and apply it in our daily life with total trust and presence.
As with everything else, practise and perseverance, and a good connection with yourself are key, and therefore, meditating and looking for moments of silence every day, even if it’s just 10 minutes a day is necessary. The rewards we receive from stopping a few minutes every day are incalculable, and if we include the practise of intention, we can achieve a great Power of Manifestation and Creation in our Life.
In the following line we share some fragments of the book “The Intention Experiment” by Lynne McTaggart that we found illuminating and have marked us deeply, and thus we wrote this post with the intention that this information expands, because we believe this information empowers us and reconfirms that we can be great manifesters when we put our Attention and Intention to some part of our life to generate changes and our body o heal.
And the other way around, become aware of deleting and stop the negative thoughts that reach our mind, because these have the power of manifestation as well. And above all, to be aware and choose where we place our attention!
